- Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user who posted or uploaded the content (if applicable).
- Inform the copyright claimant of the steps we have taken.

Counter-Notices
If you are a user whose content was removed or access disabled due to a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe your content was wrongly removed or misidentified, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must be sent to our Designated DMCA Agent (contact details above) and include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL(s)).
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which bdpumps.com may be found (i.e., Texas).
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will promptly forward a copy to the original claimant. We will then wait 10 to 14 business days. If the original claimant does not inform us that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity, we may restore the removed material or enable access to it.
