   An Exciting Development; Magnetic Driven Pumps

Our new QDM pump shares all the successful proven feature of our legacy UGP series and eliminates the need for a motor shaft seal.

The new QDM line of gear pumps combines the best principles of gear and magnetically driven pumps. Engineered without any drive seals, the QDM line offers a leak free, pulse-less, magnetically driven operation. Designed to operate with virtually no mechanical friction the QDM is ideal for projects with constraining factors such as reduced audible operation, reduced power consumption and leak-proof reliability. In keeping with B&D's philosophy of Make It Your Way, the line is offered in several made to order configurations and is available in a variety of materials, port sizes and motors. The QDM has been engineered so that its packaging can be easily modified to fit and even retro-fit into virtually any project. In fact, the pump head is easily removable and economically replaceable for projects with contamination factors.

Our standard catalog model designed for projects where economical, seal-less, positive displacement pumps are needed. Performance maximums of 2,000 ml/min flow and 34 psi pressure. This series is offered in 12 and 24 VDC.
